Ward Deblonde is a lens based artist whose work is influenced by the connection between nature and human beings. Currently studying Fine Arts – Photography at Sint-Lukas in Brussels, he focuses on analogue image-making. His work spans both still and moving images, with the darkroom as his point of departure. For his films, analogue experiments become raw material that is later reshaped digitally, allowing traditional techniques to evolve into time-based narratives.
